The biggest question as always though if we do get rid of RM is who replaces him?
The board put out a big (for them) statement of intent in buying into the possession football that the fans demanded by signing RM as manager. Without a doubt it would have to be another manager who prescribes to that ideology though hopefully with more attacking effectiveness.
Our finances are not going to attract the likes of Bielsa, Gerrard, etc (though I would love Bielsa at the club) which means either looking at lower league managers or the likes of Cameron Toshack (who I think would be a decent appointment personally).
