Wasn't there a protest against a LGBT bookshop in Cardiff over the weekend?
Perhaps it was in light of that, they wanted to show they were welcome to the LGBT's.

Very odd that protest in Cardiff.

How did those poor protesters survive the years of Dame Edna and Lily Savage on primetime TV? They were on all the time when I was growing up yet I don't feel the need to put on my wife's clothes.

Also, sorry to hear about your dog ECB. 17 years is a great run, but that doesn't make it hurt any less when it's time to say goodbye. I'm sure you and Mrs Cude made the choice at the right time for him.

Unfortunately what one person deems 'virtue signalling' would just entail being a decent human being to another person.

That's not aimed at you, but there are some people not a million miles from here who would see a business putting up an LGBTQ+ friendly sign in their window as being discriminatory to straight people, rather than as an attempt to make often marginalised people feel welcome.

Yes I get that but I was looking at it from my perspective. However hard we try, we can't be all things to all people and never will be - again, just my opinion
