• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

I know it's very early days but he's looking the rhino's flange already... Motm yesterday for me.

I've seen some complaints about him giving the ball away too much, but for me that's only because his first thoughts are to unlock the defence rather than sideways and backwards

Kinda reminds me of Pablo Hernandez in that regard - gives the ball away a lot, but even if he only connects with 1 in 5, you know you'll get chances to score goals

Thing is if it was Routledge doing that he'd get ridicule and 4/10.`
No problem for me from players who are creative (often balls go astray because the player is thinking quicker than those around him) but he does need to cut out unforced mis-passes; hopefully just a bit of rust.

It's not just that, if killer balls were easy to play then we'd be seeing a lot more goals in the game. Fact is they're gonna get cut out more often than not, but he has the vision to see them which is what matters

Can't say I've noticed him needlessly giving the ball away any more than any other player, but I'm not saying it hasn't happened

I'm gutted that I havent seen us play much this season, going off what posters are saying about our new signings including this guy this season is going to be quite exciting.

And btw I totally agree with your comments about gibbs white, al we need is for 1 in 5 pass to hit the mark and we will have quite alot of goal scoring chances, let's hope whoever is at the end of these passes are prolific.
