As far as I'm aware in Wales, this is not the case and the vote was exclusive to England

Agree. Like them or loathe them, no normal human being would sit by and be happy for children to go hungry if they could do something about it (whatever the cause).

Scotts have continued their meals through the holidays too i think. There are some adults left in the various governments.
