It's not as straightforward as that, especially for women where the corridors or power are heavily male orientated.

Chances are many have women complained previously and have had their complaints dismissed for a whole host of reasons.

It’s normally because the perpetrator is seen as a powerful person and by the victim complaining, they feel they will lose their job, have their own career ruined.

Btw - there are complaints going back to 2012. Possibly further. And he’s still on screen. Which is why there are so many of these obnoxious sexist dickheads on TV (which is an answer to answer another of your ‘not sticking up for him but’ posts earlier in the thread).

His broadcast today has killed him anyway given that the audience for Masterchef will be dominated by middle class women of a certain age. Good riddance.

I merely give an alternative view to that of the one eyed feminist types. Plus do your revision properly, Saville and co preyed on everyone/all ages. And I love watching women...ones like Alex Scott and co getting way more opportunities than the the lads is really healthy.
