Rumours of fatalities at both places.

No real facts yet.

There’s a couple of references on FB to the Haverfordwest incident being linked to paddle boarders. It’s been mentioned that 2 people have died - RIP. It’s reported that 1 more was airlifted to hospital.

Wow I know who it is now. 🥲
His uncle was friends with my wife when he was killed a car crash in 1980 and his auntie lived directly opposite me in Baglan.
I’m stunned.

One of the deceased has been named here.

I’ve been told one of the young ladies that died had a 7 year old and a 3 year old.
I’m not going to name her because the press are c*nts,I had it myself once when they were knocking on my door and following my girlfriend around looking for a quote.

One woman is claiming the water looked too dangerous to paddle board in, so she decided not to.

I hope that's just not true.

I have oftened wondered why no paddle boarders / surfers ever wear life jackets, yet canoists and sailors do.

The water was far from calm. No time for blame. I am sure it was all done in a safe and secure environment and these things happen unfortunately, like crossing a road. Cant account for every eventuality.
