1) Drop Grimes. He’s so slow laborious and passive in his play.
2) Change from 3,5,2 to 4,5,1/ 4,3,3, just for some creativity and to also protect the defence, we just seem so vulnerable at times.
3) learn to adapt. If plan a isn’t working, have a plan b.
4) Stop p1ssing about with the triangular passing between the keeper, Grimes and naughton. Going a bit direct isn’t against the grains of the game- even Man City and Liverpool do it.
5) Practice winning headers on set pieces. If not picking up the second balls. Luton did that with ease today.
