He’s not the man for the job, but regardless of who the manager is we’re going to be in a downward spiral as a club if we sell our best players and replace them with inferior players from the league below, we made the same mistake in the PL - looks like we’re making the same mistake in the championship.

Lets just cut to the chase, we are not going anywhere other than League one and maybe League two with these owners, they show little appetite or most of all ability to gets us anywhere, they keep bringing in their people like Coleman and Gude who have very little if any knowledge of British Football, the club is top heavy with back round staff with some more than probably drawing significant wages for very little output.

As for Duff the jury is very much still out, in his defence he's been very hampered by injuries to, to many players, whether that's because of his training regimes or other things who knows, but ultimately its down to these many many owners and their hangers on.

I honestly don't know, to be honest. The results haven't been great apart from a small purple patch. He's well thought of at Barnsley though.

Losing Piroe was always going to lose us a good handful of points and in a close league that can be the difference between 8th and 18th. That part isn't rocket science IMO.

What worries me is the general lack of a plan, we look fairly exciting going forward for the first couple of seconds, then it fizzles out and we have a bunch of headless chickens running around in the opposition's half. I did not like Russell's plan but at least he had one.

I think for now, we just have to let it run its course and see where we are in January.

Hard to say if he's the right man. We have bang average players in this league. Not sure how many more points we may banked with someone else at the helm.
Next two games without winning either and we will certainly be looking over our shoulder.

Fortunately, I think Rushworth has already earned us a few points we wouldn't have got last season to slightly offset those lost by the departure of Piroe.

And some of his quotes are simply bizarre. It’s been like this since almost the first press conference.

There's a proverb or two out there about his communication skills (or lack of)
