The Swans this week announced new investment into the club with the news that Nigel Morris had invested £10m into the club in return for a 25% stake diluting the shareholding of all other shareholders which of course includes the Supporters Trust. Morris’s investment was confirmed and lodged at companies...

Quick search says a Californian who made his money by co-founding a digital marketing company. Provides sales and marketing solutions for companies. Maybe he was involved in helping us sell Russ to Southampton.

Just who is this Cravat fellow then?

A cross between Jesus Christ and Bill Gates, the way some are wetting themselves on Twitter.

So what’s the situation here then? Need an idiots guide sorry.

Coleman has invested into the LLC, so we don’t know how much he owns I’m assuming?

Morris owns around 21%?

Cravatt is expected to invest more, so we are looking at close to 50% for both him and Morris?

I’m just curious why Coleman is being mentioned as a majority owner when he’s invested into Levien and Kaplans LLC?

If you believe Walesonline they are suggesting that Cravatt will actually put in less than Morris & Coleman.

It is getting rather muddled and murky. Does Colemans money actually go into the club then? Presumably not? Which explains the lack of a companies house lodging relating to the club?

Where has it been said that Cravatt is putting more in?
My understanding and I could be wrong, Morris was always the guy who was going to put more in and has the plans where as Coleman and Cravatt are associates of the Americans and are putting a bit in.

It's funny how there has been no values put to Coleman since he came in and Cravatt is not through the door as confirmed like Morris.

The amount that Morris has put in is his own money, not a team of 20 or so putting up with him as the front guy.

No Morris and Cravatt are working closely together, and have been for atleast the last month for the club.

That’s not me saying Coleman isn’t closely aligned to them, he could be and probably is, I just don’t know alot about him.

I’m giving them all the benefit of doubt, they’ve put a significant amount of money in and all very switched on blokes looking at their careers to date.

Morris is not the main investor, full stop.

Watch this space and stop making stuff up, yet again, Daps.

I can't say that I know anything on the Cravatt and Morris link so am always open minded and respect you enough to not doubt it.
I was told that Cravatt and Coleman are guys who have been used to dilute the situation regards Morris and that's what the yanks are peddling and it seems to have worked in some quarters.

There is certainly more to the whole story and line that is being fed to us.

Dilute the situation regarding Morris? What do you mean by that?

Of course I can as we all have been in our lifetime.......unless we are involved then it's second hand and it would certainly be wrong to state it as genuine fact.
Doing so would just be very naive, wouldn't that be EB? That's why I wouldn't be arrogant enough to call someone a liar.......i am too nice a person for that 😁
