I’m not a fan of going back normally, but the biggest mistake was extending Guidolin’s contract when Huwbert had had Brendan willing to come back. Literally in his office willing to sign if I remember correctly (I may not lol).

Not that Guidolin wasn’t treated badly after that of course. The bloke seemed like a real gent. The less said about Bobbley the better

It’s like a cancer. Once you’ve slowed everyone down, it seems incredibly hard to pick the tempo up again. We still have outbreaks of Martinball and the bugger’s been gone for over a year.

Biggest mistake was not getting Rodgers back here.
