• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Bye-bye Boris. Pity couldn't have stayed a little longer. I was enjoying it.

Another 24 hours would have been nice.

Piers only said Johnson was 'preparing' to resign. Knowing Bozo, this could be just to take the pressure off and his 'preparations' could take another week

So as I understand it

If he were not to resign then the Tories could have elected a new leader by Wednesday

Because he is now 'resigning' then they can only elect one after a membership vote? Which could take months

Warra a mess

We could make a forum game out of this.

Majority eaten away in a matter of days

They still have an 80 seat majority that will vote for any poisonous old shit. This is good that the clownshow is over but nothing substantive has changed. We still have 2 years of the country being taken further round the U bend. Possibly by someone even more dangerous as it will be systematic and disciplined. Bitter sweet, but at least we can enjoy his demise...if they do actually get shot of him. I wouldn't mind him causing further internal carnage as they eat each other, but by god we could do with a proper government. I don't think we'll be getting one any time soon.

We nearly did a few years ago then the likes of the vile Jess Phillips came along. Laughing, almost celebrating the tories winning. She is still an MP and everything that is wrong with the party.

Pretty much how I see it. I wouldn’t be at all surprised to see as n evil bastard like Steve Baker having a run at it. There should be civil unrest if he does but the Rwanda loving, Union flag waving cretins will love it.

People (you know how you are) that slate our Senedd - just remember we don't get the panto of WM and all the schoolyard bickering and sneering in the Senedd. They may not all agree with each other at the Senedd but at least they behave in a more civilised manner. If you prefer the WM panto and being over ruled by them then maybe you are also part of the problem. Time to exit this shit show and elect a more independent thinking party in our Senedd.
