• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

No it’s not. No one can give more than 100%. I’m a pedant and I don’t care.

Its a mute point and I should of known that.

I'm not sure that this has actually happened...

It's not showing on HotUKDeals.com as deal of the day.

New strategy: Grimes, give it to Joe

The captaincy or the ball?

Yeah, I wonder if Martin will switch captains. He should.

I’ve got nowt to add that hasn’t been said before. Bit of a concern about his age, but he looked sharp in the recent internationals (apart from going off injured!). Will be a big boost in the changing room. We know he’ll give his all. Quality reader of the game. Shame we couldn’t have him playing alongside and a bit in front of Flynn - that would have been the best outcome, but we are where we are.

Welcome home Joey bach, it's been a while.

Has hasn’t it. How things could have been different if we’d pushed a bit harder to sign him in Jan 2016…

Sentimentally I'm delighted he's back.

Pretty confident he's got a few good years left in him as a player and hopefully as a coach beyond that.

Any ideas what sort of wages he's on?

As good a short to mid term replacement for Downes as we were ever gonna get, especially on a free leaving the potential funds free to utilise elsewhere to pick up a right wingback.
