Leicester points deduction

Can't believe it took them so long to apply it
Leicester thought they were clever by pointing out that the FA didn't have jurisdiction to penalize a Premier League club. At the time the Premier League agreed, but as soon as Leicester got relegated and the Premier League tried to fine them for not providing financial records and Leicester tried to repeat the trick the Premier League quickly changed their tune and amended the rules.

There was a possibility of a deduction from both the FA and the Premier League. Not sure if that second one will happen at all now though

Not the first time Leicester have played fast and loose with the financial rules if memory serves.

Aren't they the reason that points deductions started to be handed out to teams that entered administration? I have a vague memory that they cynically used administration as way to clear their debts.

Total of 18 .
12 point deduction for entering administration.
Plus 6 more for payment breaches .
Thought it was quite harsh compared to what Leicester have just received.

I don't know the particular ins and outs, hardly seems fair.

With Leicester's currnemt ( yesterday ) league position it's hardly a punishment at all, never going up never going down.

Should be deducted more points. Also is it me or do we seem like we have been in 16th place for ever. They are now just below us.
