I was thinking about this earlier and wondered if it was anything to do with missing out on three of the best growing months in May,June and July because we had to play on it because of Covid?

What happened to the boy who slept at the ground, and won all those awards?

Am i right in thinking he went on the sick but was very publicly enjoying himself back in Oz

Watching Ospreys against Castres this evening and the pitch is laughable. That 500k they spent 2 years ago seems a complete waste. "Disease", "Weather" "Egg" are just shite excuses. Just sort it out you muppets. It not only makes us look like complete yokels, but is detrimental to our quick passing style.

The pitch could cost Swans promotion, it's not suitable for a 'footballing' team.

Did the journo write any of that himself, or did he just hand in the brief he obviously received from the club?

I know nothing about looking after professional football pitches, so maybe all that is correct. The one thing that really stood out was how the heavier than usual rainfall in October had a big impact. Not being funny, but if they can run the covers out so quickly in cricket, surely it wouldn't be difficult to protect the pitch from the worst of the rain?
