There is so much more to this than we know/realise I think.

He seems like a sensible pro too with what playing at the highest level still at nearly 40 years old, this is his first business venture I think he’s going to want it to be successful, and I’m assuming Naughton, Davies Sigurdsson and Paul Clemant all gave him glowing references of the club also, either way it’s exciting news.

Players with the clout he has will have plenty of business ventures on the go, wether it be property portfolios etc.

Modric will have some input somewhere. Can't see him just investing and sitting back hoping for the best.

I could see him influencing players joining thats for sure.

In my experience in the entertainment business, an 'influencer' as massive as Modric is like gold-dust. Staggeringly so. More Insta followers than top EPL Clubs !

Whether he's invested millions or not is totally irrelevant. Our owners don't need his millions, they have gazillion more millions.

It appears that Morse and Popstefanov are very wealthy guys that we are talking in the billions and then coupled with Nigel Morris would suggest that there is plenty of money.
The issue we have is the financial rules and regulations in place and they need to bring more money in through revenue and Modric would help greatly.....question is, what does Modric get from it all?

Makes sense. Anything that raises the profile of the Swans internationally has to be a good thing. I’ve just got back from Naples and they remember our visit. Any Jacks intending to go there let me know. Alberto’s bar real Napolitano fans. Shows all games and great atmosphere. Small but friendly.

And that alone, in a nutshell is the value of this deal. !!

Previously disgruntled (and rightly so) fans are now champing at the bit, gagging for more, gagging for Friday.....and beyond.

Other than Ronaldo and Messi we couldn't have wished for such a coup - in fact Modric fits us perfectly with his Possession-led, Swansea Way brand

Well, as it was reported at the time, Martin-twat would irrationally shout and lash out at HD6 in the dressing room and treat him as his errant son. All the other players were aghast at how he treated him esp as he was one of his own signings. A proper WTF. By all accounts.

Stranger things have happened but let’s hope our HD6 has seen the light.
