Luke Williams ahead of Plymouth Argyle | Press Conference

We've (you've) got to do the business tomorrow Lukey son. No more hiding places. Pick Grimes, Fulton and Wood and you are, sir, an arse. If you do you'd better pray you're a lucky arse.

Translation...I have no idea or input mate. None. I had no idea Pedersen was going, but I will pick Wood anyway.

Especially now Darling (the most assured of them, and that's not high praise) is out.

Attacking and forward (wingers) pace (note Lukey,we still have zero midfield or defensive pace) is pointless if you chuck away 3 goals plus a game. I'm praying we don't gift anything Saturday. We need a clean sheet. Sheehan got two didn't he? We really needed to let him have a go until May and then rethink. This might work better - who knows - but it's one hell of a risk. If he thinks we had Leicester scared, he really is on the Crackpipe. They could have upped the ante anytime.

Not sure why Williams is coming in for so much stick to be honest.

Grimes and Fulton is a disaster but who else is there? Patino is the one I'd like to see but none of our managers have fancied him that much so that probably tells you all you need to know.

Darling, Wood, Humphries and Cabango are all as bad as each other. Whichever ones are out of favour with the manager will be in favour with the fans purely because they'll be the ones with the most amount of days elapsed since their last cock up.

Sheehan had one clean sheet unless I'm counting wrong. If you're counting Morecambe when Williams was in charge of a team that Sheehan picked so I suppose you can award that to whichever is your favourite. We were also absolutely smashed under Sheehan when we played Southampton.

It's not been the best of starts but we've lost to 3 teams who will be in the Premier League next season and we were a couple of minutes away from beating Birmingham away.

Tomorrow is the first real test of Williams in my view. We'll start to see what he is (or isn't made of) I'm sure.

The fact that Arsenal were happy to send us another young player on loan makes me think they are pulling the strings behind the scenes regarding how much Patino plays and had little to do with Duff, Sheehan and now Williams...

5 at the back doesnt work, he keeps picking it. I think three of those players would be fine (well OK) if they weren't hung out to dry in this formation. That puts an extra body in midfield to take the onus of Grimes and Fulton. I'd rather see Cooper or Patino in there than Fulton, even though both have real weaknesses, and Cooper seems to have had any potential surgically removed, they don't kill us and play us into trouble every time. Plus, they may have a few stinkers, but a run in the team will get them used to the others. I'm with you though, he has to prove it tomorow, whoever he picks and however he plays. That's why I said no hiding place. Plymouth aren't so called 'premier league'.
