Agree. You’d get that and possibly one of the European finals if am English or Scottish club was involved. They felt like events then. I still love the FA cup mind.

They didn't step in, the FA Cup I believe is on the 'crown jewel' list of sporting events and so TNT knew they would have to "sub-let" (so to speak) some of the games to a terrestrial provider.

I doubt they will, and I expect things to get a lot worse in the good sporting events for free category. Just look at the champions league final, has always been free to air via YouTube, also the Europa final, but last year they stopped that. IMO it’s not a very good outlook for watching top events on terrestrial tv.

Didnt Savage take 3 or 4 of their best players with him to Forest Green in the summer as well. Incredible result!

It made me have a nose through the National League tables…and it’s quite scary how may ‘big’ names are down there, ones that we would play regularly in the 90s and early 00s. Makes you think what could have happened to us had we not won that Hull game.

I know Jenkins and co. aren’t too popular here, but it really is incredible what they did, until they sold our soul.
