Manchester City sue Premier League

Hell of a coincidence they are doing this with the hearing in to the 115 charges against them being held in November.

If Man City don’t like the Premier League’s rules they should f**k off to a so called super league.

The Court Hearing will be in Nov 24 and findings by summer 2025, what a joke. Compare that to clubs who go into Administration get an instant automatic deduction. Crooked.
The delay is annoying, but those two situations are nothing alike. A club in the Football League signs up to the rules of that league as a member and the rules around going into administration are (relatively) clear.

Man City are being accused of something totally different and crucially they are denying it (unlike Forest and Everton this past season). Given the money they have to spend on their legal defence, it's no surprise that it's taking a lot longer to resolve.

Having said that, I fully expect the final outcome will be for the authorities to impose a token punishment at most.

No doubt they'll impose a fine on the club with unlimited resources.
