Just felt like posting this.
I’m really enjoying our team again since he has taken over.
Things he has improved.
- aggressive press, easy to get behind a team that tries.
- side looks set up positionally right and we play in the right areas
- we are having much more shots on goal and crosses into the box
- our xg is improving although I’m still not sure what that means fully 🤔🤣
- players have stopped diving
- his interviews are good to watch as he talks sense and has a good sense of humour.
- he looks like he’s improving individual players, Ronald, Jay, Tymon etc

There may be things he needs to improve on and us being clinical is one of those and I’m sure people will add to that on this post, but I’m really happy in the appointment.

Agree , what is noticeable there is a big improvement in the coaching of the team .
Scoring goals from corners Tymon's delivery is excellent .
Last 2 games 2 near post headers , what I liked with Cullens headers Franco was blocking their goalkeeper .

A big thing for me. Used to go to games out of habit and not really mind if I missed any because we were so dull to watch. Now I'm disappointed to be missing the next two.
Same here, the thought of trudging my way up to stadium had become a chore, now I'm excited to watch a team that gives its all with manager at the helm who doesn't make it all about them.

Still potentially in nee manager bounce territory but I’ve yet to speak to anyone who isn’t positive about the direction of travel.

Assuming we continue to pick up points and finish in comfortable mid table then the big test will be next season… but as many others have said it’s just far more enjoyable both in the ground (home) and on TV (away) at the moment! Long may that continue 👌

Like many, it's refreshing to watch the team again. We all want to win and yesterday still feels an opportunity wasted. But Matos has in his short time considering what he had and has at his disposal has done a good job.

I will stand by my opinion that every match day I look at the squad and the bench and feel we have a really good squad. At moment Matos hands are tied a bit with a couple of duds.

Key, Cullen being the obvious.

At present, Matos gets a free pass with his sections of Cullen etc, but come the summer there can't be excuses. I'm not saying we need to suddenly challenging for top spot, but a full pre season and some additions then what we are seeing now will get us up the table.

The posirive is, I haven't found myself questioning Matos subs or his tactics. It seems he sees an issue and works on it, which we all want and expect.

May it continue, but an away win has to come sooner than later.
