Next phase of our remarkable transformation to build upon our Promo quality form/capability, belief and chutzpah is : more nous, experience and leadership through our spine - most esp at CDM (imagine Matty G calling the shots right now) and ofc at CB

1. give Ethan free reign at CDM - in the Matty G / Leon role - chief architect, metronome, momentum-builder and lynchpin - in defence and attack

2. shift Stam to box-box marauder, nothing more, as he slows us down / doesn't show enough when we need him most

3. guile needed in AM - a la Pato (Leoooo could be it)

4. relieve Cabungle of captaincy, move him sideways
