Max Watters explains why he chose Cardiff City over Swansea City, his Leeds United pride and what he'll bring to Bluebirds

So you read the article and of course it doesn't say anything of the sort - the closest being

"When I first found out about Cardiff I was immediately attracted to it, with the manager and size of the club. Wales is a lovely place to live, so it came down to that, really"

So outside of someone telling him Swansea is no longer in Wales it came down to what we know - they were prepared to match Crawley's valuation and we weren't. Each and every person reading knows that it was not a football decision.

So, he went to Cardiff partly because Harris is their Manager? What happens when Harris gets sacked and Watters' geography knowledge improves?

He's just relieved they didn't offer to fly him there.

As you say he never actually says at any stage “why he chose Cardiff over Swansea” just another WOL click bait. They will be putting themselves out of business soon as people outside of Cardiff will refuse to buy it (if anyone does).

Perhaps he's got him mixed up with Rolf Harris...

So on Sky Cardiff have paid £200K for Watters raising to £500K.... Somebody is fibbing somewhere , didn't we offer that up front?

😂

I noticed that WOL’s line from a few days ago that the Basseys were after Hourihane has been omitted from today’s reports that we’re getting him. Apparently we’ve just beaten Bournemouth, Boro and Florist to his signature. 😁

I was told on Twitter yesterday that WOL is best for Swans news, I'm still chuckling at that one

Picked up an Achilles injury in training.

Fitting in well there then, they like their physio's table.
