Indeed. I'm not sure how many more times we can point out that if we hadn't loaned him back, they wouldn't have sold him to us. We would have had to wait until the summer and then the price may go up, other clubs may want him, etc.

It's utter bollocks - we need players now not later in League One

Why not both?

We’re going to be getting at least 1 more centre midfielder now and already have a quality player coming in for the summer.

Us fans always complain that we leave things to last minute and getting players in and we aren’t prepared.

This seems being incredibly prepared, making sure we get the players we’re after and building for next season.

The standard of players were after are levels above what we’ve been signing recently
