• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

He was completely useless tonight. Glad to see him off at half time, at fault for the first two goals. Absolutely nowhere near premier league standard. I assume he'll be back to the eredivisie.

Money talks.

Hard to fault him for their first goal, he was up for the free kick and challenging their keeper, ended up on the deck, quick throw out by the keeper took him out of the game, who was covering him at the back? They exposed us Straight down the middle every time, he had a poor game and was rightly hooked at half time, although we learned nothing and conceded in similar style unmarked 6 yards...
We made it way too easy for Brentford, the one thing we needed yesterday was to be tight & organised at the back, we were woeful and all of that hard work getting into the playoffs was undone by schoolboy defending, poor selection and weak non reactive tactics. Continuing to pass out from the keeper when the high press made it impossible for us to even get to the halfway line, over and over we lost possession in our own half, giving them impetus, despite Ayew winning most of his aerial battles in midfield 🤷🏻‍♂️

Excellent CB who had to put up with playing second fiddle to others less gifted.

There was a reason why he was second fiddle.

Fuck him.

Hes been stealing a wage for over 6 months.

We dont need players like him next season.

He'd only played 1 game since before Christmas prior to the lockdown and had a knee op in Feb and broke down in rehab, and was told he wouldn't play again this season.

Coming back after the lockdown he was never going to be match fit and would struggle to do 90 mins ... Plus they've been nursing Cabango with his on going hernia, and he could need an op now the season is over.
