Morriston Hospital On Black Alert ...

Doctor again referred me to a specialist for and on going problem that seems to have no intention of clearing up, came from work today to read a letter saying that I may have to wait up to a year before being scene, I've had investigations on the issues and had all clear, but yet the symptoms still exist.
13 years of "Tory Rule" has ruined this country that's not even an argument!

Point of order, DIY has nothing to do with health and safety. People have always worked unsafely at home compared to at work, myself included.

The sooner we are free of being governed by a foreign country the better.

My 93 year old gran fell last year, weekday at 5am. She broke her hip and couldn't move, neither could we move her as she was howling in pain. Twelve hours for the ambulance to turn up, then another 4 hours in the back of the ambulance outside the hospital. It is an absolute disgrace.
Hope she's fully recovered now NJ!

Black alert mind. Very negative connotations. They didn’t think that through. Bit racist…

I'm suprised the Brownies have still been able to carry on in this day and age...
I read somewhere that loads of nursery rhymes have been banned. Not sure if it’s true mind. It could be a load of angry old men howling at the moon. Who am I to say.

What an absolute load of gaslighting tosh!!, suggesting that they're inability to cope with patients, is due to diy related injuries, FFS, there was hardly any health and safety 30 or 40 years ago, and somehow the hospital wasn't put on a black alert.

I know who I blame for the mess the NHS in Wales is in, it's the Welsh Labour Government, simple as that, the bottom line is that they to put it simply are the head honchos, so who else can be blamed?

What's going on here with this article, is just the tip of the iceberg, I know a friend of the family, who got seriously ill a few month back, completely unresponsive, was told by 999, no ambulance was available, and would it be possible to bring the patient up the hospital in a taxi, and they had no choice other than to do that,! The patient passed away a few days later, so they did need urgent medical attention.

And I'm drinking a cup of tea at the moment, so no alcohol to perhaps make me irrational, but god the way the NHS is now, makes my blood boil, at what point do people get angry with the ones running the show? Not the ones requiring treatment.?
Complete and utter bullshit.

By the way, you know you’re getting old when the NHS asks you to send them your shit in the post. Had my first one today. I’m thinking of retiring now while I still can.

As it happens I was going out with a primary school teacher 20 years ago and she was telling me that the children had to sing Ba Ba Ba sheep...

Don’t get me started on the grand person of York who is of unknown age. That one’s a minefield.

Complete and utter bullshit.

Hmm, Really? Why would you say that? I would never BS about someone's passing FFS.. That's what happened, and the wife's friend who had to deal with that situation, it was horrific.

With regards to the point of order, my comment was about the article, if it has come from the NHS, they are even offering safety advice, following safety guidance and PPE, as if it's all on the public.

Secondly I hope you're Gran, made a speedy recovery after breaking her hip, bloody awful, totally helpless in that situation. :(

How old are you? I had a few over the years, can't remember the last time though, not sure how often they do the test.

52. This is my first. My Mrs gets them fairly regularly but she’s under closer monitoring having previously had bowel cancer.
