Most famous person you have met...

There really are no words

Was entertaining customers at a dinner in a posh Chinese restaurant in Eastleigh in the mid nineties and went for a slash. Who should amble in and take the urinal next to me but Southampton manager at the time, Graham Souness . Yes, I was bigger.

Once on a weekend in London, my now sadly departed Mrs and I had a meal in a snazzy restaurant, she went to the toilet , came out 15 minutes later chatting to Patsy Kensit like she'd known her for years! Before leaving, Patsy came over saying how lovely it was to meet her.
Fckn nuts.

Sad to say, as it's hardly a name dropping clang, probably Judie Tzuke, but it was when she'd just had her big hit. Worse, because I was trying to explain why she had to pay NI contributions. I wouldn't have minded if she showed me a sunset neither. She was more likely to show me a boot up the arse I reckon.

Oh, unless you count Fred Goodwin as 'famous' as he was my boss for a time, at the 'height of his fame and power' the evil fuckwit.

Football: Arsene Wenger
Other sport: Lando Norris
Industry: Carlos Ghosn
TV & film: Piers Morgan
Local celeb: Darran

Was sat next to Alex McLeish in the lounge at Heathrow on Friday, exchanged pleasantries.

Lots of rugby players, notably Gerald Davies who I next to in a couple of dozen meetings in Sport Wales.
Tanni Grey Thompson and lots of athletes at the Kuala Lumpur and Manchester Commonwealth Games, in both of which I coached the Welsh shooting teams.

I also used to play football with Mal Pope and drink in the Marquis with Big Jim Kabia who used to go toe to toe at the bar with the legendary Peter Singh every afternoon 👳‍♂️

Kabia's bar is set to be a popular venue at the new Community Stadium – and the famous face behind its name is planning on being a regular visitor. https://www.bostonunited.co.uk/news/video--jim-kabia-2619558.html

I met Messi about 15 years ago when he had a tattoo of me on his back.

Messi not having that lol 😆

Big K used to play for the Marquis in the Sunday league years ago, was in his forty's even then, never missed a header, he always used to go up for a high ball and shout "JIM KABIA"

I came out of Swansea magistrates court one afternoon, and saw there was a bit of a commotion going on with a lot of police about. I walked over and got to the front of the barriers, when along came Lady Diana, she shook my hand and whispered "Eddie Mays wife is a lesbian" and continued on her way. Beautiful woman.

The Queen and Phil waved at me once, does that count.🤔
Wilfried Bony in Currys.
Graham Gouldman from 10cc after a gig, nice fella.
