• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Anyone ‘dropped’ £45 yet for 16 small cans of this? From what I can see the “West Coast” in the promo blurb seems to be Coventry where the brewery is.

Drop It Like It's Hops

“Swansea City, in partnership with Dhillon's Brewery, is delighted to announce the launch of the 'Drop It Like It's Hops' beer to celebrate our co-owner Snoop Dogg.

Bringing the West Coast to South Wales, 'Drop It Like It's Hops' is now available to pre-order online and will be available on draught and in cans at The Swansea Jack sports bar“.

Does it say what size they are in ml?
If it’s the bigger size then that’s average pricing for good craft beer.
If it’s for the small cans then that’s ridiculous!

Good thing I’m doing a year off alcohol at the moment so will stick to 0% doom bar. 🤦‍♂️

Purchased in France, 7%. If we win on Saturday I might drink it !

I was assuming 330 ml, but no I can’t see the size mentioned. So maybe not so bad if it is larger tins.

Well done on going without. I don’t think I could manage sadly.

Actually went to the Swansea Jack today.
Was really impressed!
Good choice of beers (for 6 months time)
Ordered a coffee and although the lad apologised for not being able to make a fancy swirl, it was a cracking cup of coffee. Reviver coffee, was actually better than most barista coffee’s I’ve had.
Looks like a cracking place to be if you can’t go to away games etc

Just visited for the first time, looks nice with a tidy pint of Guinness, half term though so swarming with kid.

Been off work with illness since last Monday and haven't touched a drop of alcohol since Wales England game can't say I've missed it either.

They tell me that Guinness Zero isn't bad.

My old girl got her Christmas beers in for the family but bought 2 boxes of 0%Peroni.
She’s still livid but I gave them a good home and quite enjoyed.

Just bought a slab of Estrella Galicia 50cl at 79c a pop, short date but won't last long anyway, so far so good
