• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Is CarL CurTis in da house yet?

That’s when I’ll start believing anything.

Bielsa was the last manager with these sort of odds not to get the job in the end wasn’t he?

Eustace to watch tomorrow from the touchline if the game is still on - heared there's a potential COVID case in the team bubble which means it might be cancelled.

Bringing in another one of QPRs staff with him and the club hoping the remaining coaches and staff will stay

Annis inner circle stuff

People will still lap it all up.

I never said Cooper was leaving except when I did. And when he was I said he wasn’t until it became clear he was. Then I said he was and I always knew he was when he did.

We are at war with Eurasia and we have always been at war with Eurasia. Double plus ungood.

The Complete Plain Words - poor old Ernest would be spinning in his grave.

Any news on who the new manager might be ?
This site is a useless Eustace for news

As stated previously Eustace is in the dugout for QPR today, currently playing Manchester United, maybe he’s going to speak with James Garner.

It seems the QPR fans are raving over how good they’re playing against United.

4-1 up currently

John Eustace has gone from 1/10 to 1/3 today terry moved into second favourite at 5/1 not reading much into that though

Remember when Bielsa was them odds and then Guidolin came in out of the blue.

Thing is, it doesn’t matter who it is. They could be the best manager in the world, unless they get the financial backing to impart their ideas we will continue to repeat this charade time and again

What kind of financial backing though? The type of financial backing that sees us start sliding heavily into debt or the financial backing that dilutes the shareholding of the Trust over time,

We established some time ago that the people that own our club will not invest in here - the only reason they are here is because of the desperation of people to make money off the back of the football club and to do it at the expense of what was right...

I don't think anyone is asking for 10m pound signings, but signing a couple of players for 2-3m wouldn't go a miss. Even one marquee signing say an experienced player who would improve the first team and compliment the free signing and the youngsters coming through. It will be interesting to see the financial state of the club post covid, player sales/contract expiries and parachute payments

The last player we spent £2m on was Asoro. How did that work out?
