Isn't he in charge of the Uruguay under 23s?
Uruguay national team as well as the under 23s. He's beaten both Brazil and Argentina recently and gas them comfortably qualifying for the next World Cup.

Another guy I wouldn't mind, has experience of this league aswell.

David Wagner.

You little tinker you…
Would you put it past them?

“Garry of course knows the club and supporters inside out from his days as a club playing legend, captaining Swansea City in all four divisions before managing the club to a top eight finish in the Premier League. We are excited at the knowledge and experience Garry brings to the club as we embark on this next chapter in the history of Swansea City Football Club.”
