New Manager

Sheehan all but confirmed.

Until the summer or permanent? I did chuckle when I saw the WOL article yesterday saying a big decision had been made, and it was just a contract to the end of the season. Over a month since Williams left to make a very obvious decision that could have been made within a week. We work at a snail’s pace.

The poor squad was the fault of the club management

Not true, Williams openly stated in his press conferences it was him and his coaching staff who brought these players in.. you, ECB and Neath_Jack form the arrogant clique on here, bastions of knowledge and intellect, and self-certified know it alls.. you and ECB headed the trust, made excuses about too much going on in your personal life and very busy, did nothing, resigned and then both went on a tirade against the trust board who actually made the difficult decisions and done the job.. you're an accountant, ECB is a data administrator and Neath_Jack works on a building site.. I don't know where all 3 get your arrogance from, but just reading from here, you're the biggest a*seholes I've ever come across... Dr Winston another one.. talk about ego

That’s not fair at all, in my opinion.

Sheehan taking a contact till the summer probably got a little bit of a pay rise to take it longer. Good he’s asked for more coaches realised he needs more help. Fotheringham could be a good help

Has a bit of experience as a no 1 aswell as coaching in Germany.

Sheehan long term is not the plan at the moment yet then?
I think it is. They must desperately hopeful that he can pull something out of the bag before the end of the season. It’s patently a hopeless decision, and to think we employed a new chief executive to find us a reserve team firefighter from our stiffs as our future.

It's not a great look but I can understand Sheehan having it until the end of the season.

The January transfer window just gone was the worst one in the clubs history so why are we expecting an improvement in the manager hunt.
There seems to be plenty of guys with a lot of money in the building but very little footballing brain in there with them.

I’ve got nothing against Sheehan and wish him every success but he’s clearly not the right man to manage the Swans. It’s continuing the backward progression and we’ll be in more trouble this time next season if we don’t drop this time,

Club is in a big mess, it's far worse than I thought unfortunately.

I suppose we’re lucky he didn’t find us someone from Bristol Rovers stiffs.
