We was never getting him soon as premier league teams were interested, more frustrating that he could have been here in January, but I’m sure Rotherham were asking for 2M?

Not sure why he would have joined us when we didn't play with wingers, he's said he doesn't like playing wing back, and he's mates with Obafemi. Money talks but the gossip made it seem much closer than it was in reality imo.

Put it like this, I think he was filled alongside Ryan Longman.......both players were ready to sign for us at varying times only for the plug to be pulled by Levien.
It was closer than you think but that ship has sailed now so it's onto the next.

When you say that what do you mean exactly - we’d agreed a fee a principle, done medical, was literally waiting for a tick from the States? As in they were sat at the training ground waiting for it to be ticked off? It’s not the way to do business that’s for sure.
