Oko has looked exciting since he got here. he certainly loves running at defenders
Could start him and Stevens V Wigan at our place. Home crowd will support them.
We have a few players on 4 cards, so won't be long before Martin has to start either.
Seems to me it would be better to start them and if it's not working around half time, can sub either/ both and start work on a plan B, for when the suspensions happen.

I know Sorinola and Lati give people the shivers and I understand why but my biggest worry is Wood.
I have to say, Lati isn't a stand out star player, but he's a solid 6 or 7 every game IMHO.
Does have the ability to make a mistake, but even Man City/ B Munich etc player are capable of mistakes. They just make fewer and tends not to be as costly.
Wood.
Nearly always wrong side of an attacker, rarely stops the cross and seems to drop to a saunter when someone goes past him.
I'm probably wrong. Just whenever I watch him then it seems to happen.
I do watch a particular player on and off the ball, at certain times through a game, along with watching the rest

Or have we only brought Oko here, because Martin knows the club shop has far to many K's and X's to get rid of on overpriced replica shirts?

100% agree on Wood. No pace, no brain, no natural ability. Apparently he used to be promising, well unfortunately he’s one of those cases of unfulfilled promise.

Maybe it's a case similar to Guehi where he takes time to develop. He's got promise but he gives me as many nerves as Dennis Lawrence did when he played out from the back.

No disrespect to Big Den as he was excellent until Ash came in but he always looked like he was in a rush even when there was no player around him. And Wood is the same.

Give him a rest for a couple of games and get Naughton - Cabango - Darling in there

Wood is certainly not a bad player by any stretch, but I admit to being a bit puzzled by some of the praise he was getting earlier in the season. He's a decent option to have and certainly capable of doing a job for us, but he's got a long way to go to become someone I'd see as an automatic choice.

TBH given Naughton's struggles for form also I'd rather drop Latibeaudiere back in there instead.

Vangelis Morass?

Both had played a lot of games at high levels in France and Italy before coming here. Didn't work out for us, but that doesn't make either of them "rubbish" IMO. Although it's all relative I suppose.

Lati is another player that's okay but I'm not sure I get the overly lavish praise issued by Martin in his direction.

Probably a better centre half than a shoe horned full back although largely it wasn't his side that was being attacked yesterday. It was Sorinola that seemed to be struggling badly. As he did at Burnley.

Although most teams will I'll say that.

Certainly not as a wingback. He did very well in central defence when given a chance last season and is certainly one of the most comfortable on the ball that we possess. A bit short maybe but if Darling is playing in the middle that's less of an issue.

You win.

I pride myself on remembering most of the players who pulled on a shirt for the Swans during my years supporting the team, but I had to look Moras up, completely forgot about him in our first PL season.

Think he came on for about 20 mins or so at Wolves.
2-0 up and a few of our away had gone back to the pub with about 15 mins to go. Swift pint before getting back on the bus.
Moras on and a couple of others.
2 all draw

Not as bad as the Millwall game.
But I think Wolves would have given us our 1st away win.
