Officially worried now. I think we are royally in the cach and the continuous damage now taking its toll.

We will be very lucky to remain in the Championship this year.

Manager has to go ASAP or else it will be a serious struggle.

In reality we need a point a game. Shouldn't be too difficult in theory

Think they’re holding on just to get targets through the door? Or do you think they’re genuinely happy for him to carry on for now?

I think deep down they're done with him after the recent form, WBA debacle and hopefully talks already ongoing with targets (or is that too hopeful?)

Obviously get the Coventry game but anything other than a win and he has to be gone, surely. Duff went for far less

I still think we'll stay up with or without that buffoon. We won't be midtable though. He has to go though, surely. Everything he's done or said since mid December has been shocking. Don't get me wrong, I questioned his football intelligence long before that but that was when he really shone out.
This summer is going to be monumental for us.

Wales Online said a new Director of Football has been identified but they have to work several month's notice and so any announcement won't be seen for some time.

So long as they have a few months to get their feet under the desk and get our shitshow fixed into something resembling a reasonably sane business then we can begin to move forward.

I'm 50/50 on this.

Part of me thinks our Grimes-less group might start taking a bit more responsibility & with a couple of signings with the Grimes and Abdullai cash we'll amble to lower mid-table from here.

The other part of me thinks we won't adequately replace players leaving and we'll plummet, like we did in the last 4 months in 2018 to get relegated from the PL.

If I had to put my head on the block I'd plump for the former - but the latter would not surprise me, mainly because of Andy Coleman.

I wonder how much Coleman is panicking right now - on a scale of 10; 7?

I can picture him in his office at the stadium: Williams is probably in the fetal position on the floor unable to cope with the thought of his Grimes comfort blanket being taken away and possibly Darling as well. There's no sporting director to ask to fix things, he's probably under the Grimes spell as well and is picturing relegation and the ruination of all his plans for the club if he doesn't get in quality players in the next few days. All this while wondering how he can possibly be simultaneously in the living rooms of all these targets at the same time, persuading them to sign for us in this window.

That's my feeling, we're sinking like a stone and I cant see it being fixed in this window which leaves us highly vulnerable to relegation before summer

How do you think we'll be fine?
Hull, Pompey & them lot all gave us a battering.
We're sinking without a fight
Derby, Plymouth and Luton are also have horrendous form. Stoke and Hull are also in and around there and struggling. We only need a few more points for safety, and the reality is we should have a win or two in us or a purple patch towards the end of the season when other teams have nothing to play for. We will be fine, but we have left ourselves a lot of work to do over the summer

We've got a hard run of 10 games now where we play 8 of the top 12, Stoke and Preston. On current form you can't see us picking up a lot of points there.

We've then got 3 home games against Derby, Plymouth and Hull with Sunderland away in between the latter two. Those three games will be vital you feel
