I always go scrambled egg with a full english. I know weird innit. But it has to be done just so, non of this over cooked rubbery shite that you could use as a squash ball. I dont want my egg bouncing around the plate thanks very much.😉👍

Scrambled egg is always a last resort for me, don't do poached ever either, Omelette or Fried eggs for me, fried always on a full English.
Three egg omelette on a Saturday lunch time with tin tomatoes or baked beans usually tomatoes though and plenty of white pepper.

Gimme fried sliced potatoes over harsh browns 7 days a week and twice on Sunday.
Hash browns are stinking. Have to be in the mood/hungover for a full English. Omelettes most days filled with whatever leftovers are the fridge, probably the easiest thing in the world to cook and stretches further than scrambled or boiled eggs. At the risk of sounding like a woke liberal leftie you can’t beat smoked salmon and eggs with a bit of guac.

Poached egg on toast is food of the gods, smothered with cracked black pepper.😋
Spanish omelette is lush tbf.👍

I’d also argue that runny scrambled eggs should come with a health warning.
Hmm, I’d never considered that. Been cooking them on the runny side for years now. I’ll keep an eye, overcook them slightly and the taste goes.

I am sure that the eggs are safe. It’s the look of runny runny scrambled egg that puts me off. A nice soft boiled yolk is fine, but runny scrambled egg is a no-no.

Can we see your ten item platter please?

Just done myself three eggs scrambled, mixed cold rice from the fridge and few green olives, and a sprinkling of black pepper and garlic salt. Tasty.
