• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Kristian Pederson coming in now, as reported here a while back, don’t know if he’s being brought in as our LB option or out CB option.

1 out of the 3 Duff is hoping for.

Swans fans 'We want fucking players!'.

Also Swans fans 'We don't want them fucking players!'.

Heard a few rumours about Bidwell coming back also, that will piss a few more people off 😂

We want, young, highly talented, world beating players for less than a million. Not too much to ask for, is it?

With talk of an inexperienced loan striker potentially incoming as well it doesn't sound like everyone at the club is pulling in the same direction. We've spent big money on youngsters immediately declared "not ready" and talking about signing players ahead of them within the same window. Not learned from the Joseph, Whittaker, Ogbeta sagas, clearly. Ashby barely kicked a ball in the professional game but is trusted to play every week, lads with dozens of games in top domestic leagues made to wait their turn.

We are lucky to have someone as knowledgeable as you post on this forum, Jasper.

We would piss the league if you were our manager.

Yes. It all sounds a bit disjointed. Encouraging start to the transfer window with Key, Ginnelly and Yates but seems to have got a bit desperate since. Hope it’s not a case of clueless “investors” from over the pond having final say. Is Coleman a straw man?

Should never have let him go. I was disappointed to see him leave.

I was even more disappointed we didn’t replace him, even with a backup for Manning. What a fk up that all was.
