I’ve seen that done loads of times,he probably shouldn’t have done it to an old man he didn’t know though.

You reckon?

Fury as vile wedding DJ films himself deliberately URINATING on a cancer patient

This guy has form for this. Another one of his videos which did the rounds was of him pissing into his own mouth.

"On December 29, Brookfield appeared at Llanelli Magistrates Court charged with common assault in relation to the incident where he pleaded guilty. He will be sentenced on January 19. After confirming they were investigating reports of the incident, a spokesperson for Dyfed-Powys Police said before his court appearance: “Dyfed-Powys Police has charged 40-year-old Leigh Brookfield, of Dan Y Lan, Llanelli, with common assault in relation to the incident alleged to have taken place at Llanelli Tennis and Squash Club in Llanelli on Boxing Day. He has been remanded into custody and will appear at Llanelli Magistrates Court today.”

Death penalty all day long.

Absolutely disgusting, and deserves the full punishment of the law.

I would hate to be him, I have dropped some clangers in my time, but ferk me.. to do something like that, then upload it to your snapchat or was it instagram? Making the front page for this, wow, What's the saying, time to get out of dodge.

Edit: And what I mean by that, is judging by the comments I have read elsewhere on social media, I certainly would be more worried about the general public backlash, than any punishment the court hands out.

Of course if you post stuff on the interweb no one else can see it, obviously.😕

Spent a lot of my working time in Turkland , passport control and visa documents at Loughor bridge necessary for access .

In conversation during shifts this family name cropped up very often during chats by the younger generation of Lanelli .
I passed on them chats , did not take much notice of that areas Nightlife , Station Road seemed to be a no go place either .

Courts will probably give a slap on the wrist , do not do it again , then fine follows .

This name was a big name according the clubbers I once knew , now seems his future bookings are being cancelled .

Hats off to the Scarlets , they were strong enough to stop the issue over the Stradey Park problem .
Seems the community spirit shown on social media is a better punishment that the Courts hand out for this incident .

Peeing on a strangers trousers and filming it yourself , bit of a laugh and banter innit .

I think this is one part of internet, I would like really heavily governed, people making videos of assaulting people just for hits, clicks and likes, is absolutely ridiculous. Even if it can't be governed, well once they are caught, add extra time on to the sentence, simply for the cold blooded malice of it.

Don't get me wrong it's awful what happened here, but I have had the misfortune to see some really nasty assaults, as in they are going to hospital.. And I'm definitely thinking they were for just hits, clicks or whatever it is, they get.

An example of what I'm trying to get at here, I walk along the street, punch a man on the nose for no reason, maybe my sentence would be lightish? Do it for click and likes, 5 Years

Another example is that mizzy chap, basically him and all friends just all piled into a house, what did he get, a 2 year recording ban..

Absolutely disgusting, nah it's ok, it's just a prank for social media.. Our law, needs to catch up, for example that mizzy chap, I would have chucked him in jail, If I were a Judge, as just the same as if he was going in there with intent to steal

Another point I would like to make on this, I walk in a bank, with a fake gun, and say give me all your money.. And run off, but at the same time uploading it live to facebook, and tik tok, at what point, does this I was just pretending stop? Sorry it was just a prank, I wasn't robbing you, I was just uploading to my audience on social media, it really is comical, how the law hasn't been adjusted yet for this, yet I can see this will go on for years, and no doubt the criminals will see massive loopholes, to gain in such a lax law.

For a person to be found guilty of a criminal offence he or she must have committed an illegal act (actus reus) and had the required “state of mind” (mens rea) for the criminal offence. The Crown must prove both elements of the offence, the actus reus and the mens rea, beyond a reasonable doubt.
So you could go in as a prank and not be charged with robbery, however if you put fear of violence you would probably be done on a public order charge, equally a good few years ago some armed men tried to rob Baglan post office with firearms, however some guys from British Gas were digging up the road outside and heard the commotion and promptly attacked the robbers with spades and knocked seven bells out of them so be warned S Wales is full of have a go heroes.

Ok, but I guess my point is, they have already committed an illegal act, even if it was meant in jest. The individual who has been affected by these pranks, until they realise there is no actual threat, it's all real. Let's face it, if there was a knock on the door and 10 fellas run into the house, just for a prank, I would not be happy that, the only punishment received was that you are banned from making videos for the next 2 years. The judge may as well have said, you are banned from eating Mc Vities chocolate digestives for the next 2 years.
