Why do we need them?

** Edit - I'm not saying I want them to go bust, normal people like all of us rely on their income from the club and wouldn't want to see anyone out of work, but just not sure on how it would impact the Swans.

Six points off our total every year.

My tuppence worth.
If the FA, UEFA and FIFA don't come down hard on this situation, then it allows a dangerous precedent.

20 point deduction in place for financial problems/ administration (such as Luton)
I really think that any club, who refuses to pay for a player they have bought, especially when they were claiming they never bought him in the 1st place, has to be a minimum of a transfer embargo and a 40 point deduction.
If our eastern cousins get away with it, imagine what the likes of Yernited, City, Barcelona, PSG Real Madrid with their money would be able to do with this as a precedent
Someone else mentioned a point a day- mmm works as a deterrent and withholding any tv income etc, until the payment is made in full

No one should be allowed to take the p1ss like they have.

Ohh dear me

Good enough, how can they expect to sign players when they’re under an embargo.

I’d be more draconian, I’d maintain the transfer embargo until the debt was settled and if that meant them plummeting through the divisions so be it. I’m not saying that because it’s Cardiff, I’m saying that because there needs to be some order and rules.

Agreed. The fact that it's Cardiff is just a bonus. :D
