Twenty five is good going.Just wondering how many you think you can do, I just did 25, and I’m not far off 60. Too be fair, I struggled with press ups in my 40’s, it was a struggle to manage just 5.
Same as I used to be, right struggle, but been working with dumbbells for a while now, I’m not even sure what happened, all of a sudden they are not too bad. Literally would fall on the floor, at around the 4 or 5 push up.Twenty five is good going.

After those 25, rest for 60 seconds then do as many as you can. Rest for 60 seconds then do as many as you can again. At the moment, I don’t think I can do a pull up. I used to do them for fun years ago, just grab a scaffolding bar on site, and pull myself up, but that was 40 year agoI struggle with pull ups as well, arms like a pigeon.

50 is good, is that with one continuous go?50 press ups and 2 pull ups. Pull ups are f*****g hard and I can’t be bothered to persevere.
Yeah. If I do HIIT tabata workouts (5x20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) I can do 75.. It’s got harder since I turned 65, but I’m only pushing up 70 kg…that might be going up the way I’ve been eating and the way the swans are driving me into the arms of Mr Theakston.50 is good, is that with one continuous go?
