Push ups/Press ups

After those 25, rest for 60 seconds then do as many as you can. Rest for 60 seconds then do as many as you can again. In a couple of months you’ll probably be able to do double.
That's what i used to do about 10/12 yrs ago, same with pull ups didn't really improve on those though unfortunately
 
anyone had a go at chair yoga or workouts or whatever it is called
Thought about the chair exercise routine, but doing any exercise will improve your health and mindset, its just having the will power and determination to rise from you sedate lifestyle and move ones arse etc :LOL:

That’s right, even something as simple as going for a long walk, has great benefits. Which is something I should do a lot more of.
 
obvs some wonderful long walks around here but mbh is too stressed from all the work crap - frustrating is a thing
 
I try and do 3 sets of press ups and sit ups every day. 21 of each, 15 of each and then 9 of each. It makes a huge difference.

On another fitness note, I've heard good things about fit jacks that the club run.
