https://ground.news/ This site even started poking me when it noticed thast I was only reading articles that leaned a certain way.
Dear God - the thought of Wes Streeting toppling Starmer is abhorrent. Starmer may not be everyone's cup of tea, including mine, but you have to respect his depth of experience and strength of character. In contrast, Streeting has been a political activist throughout his working career and most of his jobs, bar one short stint in consultancy, were for political organisations. He's as far removed from the working woman and man in the street as the rest of the elite.I wonder how long she's last if Starmer is replaced by Christmas?
According to this article he in the current opinion polls he is the most unpopular Prime Minister in the history of modern opinion polling.
Now that takes some doing when you consider the shit that has gone before him.

Prime Minister will fight any attempt to replace him, friends say
Allies of the prime minister are worried his job might be under immediate threat.www.bbc.co.uk
The lack of credible, inspiring politicians is scary. The working class version of the Labour Party died a long time ago.Dear God - the thought of Wes Streeting toppling Starmer is abhorrent. We got career politicians these days the days of actual politicians are long gone, they all aspire to higher greater things. The lack of credible, inspiring politicians is scary. The working class version of the Labour Party died a long time ago.
Not so sure we share the same levels of respect for Sir Kier![]()
They can get rid of him, but there'll be another goon taking his place, I'd love to see him Reeves, Lammy and Miliband gone!I wonder how long she's last if Starmer is replaced by Christmas?

This budget is going to be a cluster fuck, they won't last much longer. They can get rid of him, but there'll be another goon taking his place, I'd love to see him Reeves, Lammy and Miliband gone!
For them to go, a large number of Labour MPs would need to vote for a general election in the full knowledge that they’ll lose their seats and will be hugely unlikely g9 find themselves another job paying the same sort of money. This budget is going to be a cluster fuck, they won't last much longer.
They just need to trigger a leadership contest not a general election. Not that I’m advocating either. For them to go, a large number of Labour MPs would need to vote for a general election in the full knowledge that they’ll lose their seats and will be hugely unlikely g9 find themselves another job paying the same sort of money.
It’s just not going to happen.
I took ‘they’ to mean the Labour Party in the post I was responding to.They just need to trigger a leadership contest not a general election. Not that I’m advocating either.
Edit - re read the post you were responding to. Makes sense now.
You reckon? I’ll be surprised if that happens.I took ‘they’ to mean the Labour Party in the post I was responding to.
Starmer won’t last the year.

Don’t think so. Can’t see him lasting past the May locals. You reckon? I’ll be surprised if that happens.
Oh, in which case you may be right.I meant Starmer, Reeves and Lammy
No Labour PM has ever been unseated but their own party. That’s usually a Tory thing. It would be a mental thing to do IMO.Don’t think so. Can’t see him lasting past the May locals.
