Earlier this month, the Swans Trust hosted another 37 students from Gower College; this time it was students from their Gorseninon campus who attended.

This followed on from 15 GCSE students from Morriston Comprehensive School who also visited the stadium that week.

Both these visits were in support of their Business Studies courses at GCSE and BTEC Level 3.

They each enjoyed a stadium tour and participated in a lively one-hour discussion on how the football club operates as a business.

This was part of this seasons Schools’ Programme we announced earlier this season and was arranged and hosted by the Trust while the Club generously provided the tours and use of the Press Room at the stadium.

The Supporters’ Trust continues to be grateful to Swansea City for providing the facilities and tours without charge.

We are hoping to fit one more visit in before the end of the season and the onset of the busy exam period for schools and colleges

If anyone has any questions about our Schools’ Programme, please email Roger Goodwin at roger.goodwin@swanstrust.co.uk

RogerGoodwin wanted to throw me out of 6th form for going to a different squash court than was designated on a Wednesday afternoon activity. Was on a power trip even then.

Roger Goodwin told me the News of the World would be camped outside my house when we started talking about legal action
