• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

I hate to be the one to start this thread. But we are looking over our shoulder in the table.

A few wins and we can shoot up the table, but it has to start Tuesday.

8 Points From Top 6 place and 7 Points from Bottom 3.

If and that is if we go down and this is the season, we will struggle to get out of League One.

Personally I think we have enough about us to push up the table, but no more excuses from the players or anyone. Tuesday has to be a win.

🙏🙏🙏. I need a sprinkle of your positivity. Let's kick on as they say 😉
For a lot of that game today we looked decent, on another day we could have got a point. Cameron Burgess for me is a worry defensively, which is a big worry for your supposedly ball winning centre half.

No, we decent enough to be mid table with someone half decent pulling the strings.

Agree. We had moments. I just think our tactics unravelled. Burgess has been hot and cold. I think he is a better player than what we are seeing. And I think he can improve. You could see tofsy and a few matches him having a go at a few players. Idah for not covering the first goal and Key has been in his shot for a few games.

undecided ATM but tottering on yes....new man is going to take a few games to settle in probably with things, after Chrismas we should have a better idea, staff and players need to buckle down, and I suspect a few maybe recalled in Jan if thats possible.

It’s going to take Vitor a while to get his game plan to work - the games against derby and wba are very tough - if I’m honest I can’t see us picking up any points maybe 1 against derby if we’re lucky.

it" ll probably be decided how the players see the new fellas performance in training, players arent fools, new man has to hit the floor running .

I don't think we'll get relegated, but we need to get a move on and start picking up a few wins pronto. Because I wouldn't want to test what might happen if we're in the mix at the bottom with 6 games left, we have a stinking run in on paper.

I said mid table at the outset and I'm sticking with it... for now.

Vitor's got a game plan?
Well that's a welcome improvement for a start.
