I'm sorry the hysteria on here is ridiculous.

So you're telling me that we will be in the relegation zone with 4 or 5 games to go with 45/47 points (providing we only lose 1 of the games against Plymouth and Derby) and that five teams will have picked up enough points to overtake us by then?

That requires Stole, Derby, Cardiff to name just a few to each pick up possibly 8 points over the next 3/4 games.

It won't happen. We need 6 points and we will get it but nobody will be in the bottom three with 45/47 points with 4 or 5 games to go.

We need cool heads. The bookies reckon we will be fine and we've got another new manager bounce to look forward to.

I think it’s a bit insulting to call it hysteria, nothing can be ruled out. We are capable of getting the points, but we have been so inconsistent that things could go wrong.
Our 8 games are 2 top teams 2 mid and 4 lower teams.
The chances are slight with only 1 relegation place to worry about.
Highlighting the issue isn’t imo hysteria but concern

I have no doubt that it'll be close but I genuinely think we won't have a run as bad as Luke's 1 win in 10 for the run in.

Ultimately if we get four points that means Derby need 11 from 7 along with Cardiff 10 from 7, Stoke the same to overtake us. They won't all achieve that.

Especially when they play each other too. Stoke and Cardiff's run in is pretty horrendous

It would take a fair few combination of results to go against us but the Derby and Plymouth games will make us safe or at least give us enough breathing space.
None of us want the extra pressure the last games will bring.

I've said the same thing.

If we can't beat Oxford, Plymouth or Derby at home we deserve to get relegated.

Yep, melodrama is insane. One team might do it but Cardiff, Stoke, derby etc aren't all going to do it as they all have to play each other. It also assumes we're barely pick yo any more points which is ridiculous. Nobody could have seriously expected any points against Watford, Burnley or Leeds (even if we were mid table) ffs. We fucked ourselves at Watford and could have easily drawn it. We are fine

At least it gives the games a bit more edge between now and the end of the season.

If they come to us with any sort of form behind them then we’re in trouble, more than enough games left for us to get sucked into it.

Derby maybe but not Plymouth. We'll grt 4 minimum from Oxford and Plymouth home. That means Stoke and Cardiff have to get at least 9, not gonna happen
