Old Fred's original post appears to be backed up by an article on one of the other forums which has caused quite the stir I see.
Changes could be afoot then, although everyone is coy on how that looks in reality.
So what are the possibilities?
1) Club sold lock stock - who's going to pay enough to see the owners make some money on what they paid initially and what they've all put in since though?
2) K&L (or the LLC) are removed / bought out by the likes of Kravatt / Morris? But Morris has been diluted with the recent money injections and chose not match it and maintain his stake. Maybe he has his own reasons why he didn't put money in, but is prepared to now? Kravatt is American, you'd think he's got a relationship with the LLC (is he part of it?). How much would a Morris take over cost him to remove K&L? Not sure why he'd bother?
3) More 'investors' coming on board. Most likely, but how much will things actually change in the running of the club unless this new investors put so much in that it means the LLC is not the largest shareholder anymore?
Apologies for the speculative ramblings.
