Rod Liddle may come across as a low-rent Jeremy Clarkson but he's actually very well-informed about the teams in the lower divisions, which he mostly writes about in his articles in the Sunday Times. Since that's behind a firewall the majority of people won't have read his articles but his comments are very astute.
