The other 35 year old just won them the game. If you're still good enough it doesn't matter the age. He was brought on to show some leadership and experience to see out the game and did the exact opposite.
Difference is their 35 year old has been contributing goals and man of the match performances for them all season, ours hasn't 👍🏻

And routledge has probably done it three times in god knows how many games he has played for Swansea.
He is awful.

Routledge is a has been that should not even be on our books.A ludicrous 4 yr contract along with Dyer. These are not and never were great players.Loyal? possibly but mainly to their wallets. Good guys?Wtf has that to do with anything. Its not personal to hammer these players,as it is the manager or the owners.Fans love the club above everyone and everything else.

Surely there must be some blame attached to the players, who after Routs bad pass let player run 80 yards unopposed, somebody should have taken a yellow for the team to stop him.

Some?
Was Routledge sent on to attempt to win the game? It would be the first time Cooper has tried wining a game we're drawing only to lose it. The cross was cut out but should Grimes have continued his run rather than pulling up on the edge of the area?

They got the ball 5 years from their own line.
Two of our midfielders, Gallagher and Grimes were stranded in the Leeds penalty area and made weak attempts to get back into position.
One player took it forward 30 years unchallenged.
Gallagher chased the ball even though Bidwell had left his position to stem the run.
Gallagher and Bidwell at that point were out of the game inside the Leeds half.
Guerhi covering for Bidwell was out of position and Bidwell and Gallagher kept themselves out of the game by chasing after players on the touchline.
Grimes was ambling back and Fulton decided to pull up on the corner of the penalty area like Dracula confronted by a priest holding a cross and spaying holy water favoured with garlic.
Cabango had been dragged out to cover Guehi and could only get a touch on the ball - at point Leeds had 6 players in our penalty area (when we crossed there were 2!)

So Rutledge gets the blame.

Great effort on the pitch until we run out of gas ... Routledge sub was probably the worst available selection. Think we needed a an outlet with pace or could hold the ball up and he didn't do either.

More quality creativity to Brewster would have helped !!

Woodman, for me, should have at least got a hand to a not particularly well struck shot.

Past it?
This thread shows how little misf on here really understand the game and the ability to read and gauge players.....or managers for that matter
