• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Haven't been able to stomach his "pressers" for a long time but did he mention his juvenile antics and striding across the pitch like some sort of a Danny Dire wannabe 🤔

Our performance was diabolical, how our set piece coach still has a job it's a mystery, because Fisher is a liability to an aerial ball.. he won't come for crosses and Luton should've scored two hitting the bar and fisher clambering because he wouldn't deal with it in the first place.. give the u21 kid or our new young keeper a go and send fish to the post office because he doesn't belong in the game to earn a living

I think that’s harsh. Our keeper cost us the points, but we were far from diabolical. Defence player well, midfield was not overrun, but granted we were not cutting edge up front. Could have been a million times worse though.

Aye like Fisher is intelligent enough to hold down a job at the Royal Mail

No, we're so sh*t we don't know what a good performance is these days.. Fisher is comfortably the worst keeper we've had since big Willy.. and big Willy was streets ahead.. Fisher attempts to look like he makes little mistakes, when it's his inaction that causes problems, he's like that Jake Paul tw*t on a lower level scale, pretending he's actually any good

Listen Skip, I ain’t arguing with you when it comes to what we have between the sticks.

He actually looks quite happy and smug in this press conference compared to recent weeks imo, and he states he’s spoken to the owners 2 days ago and they’re on the same page with the bigger picture, I just think he’s seeing this season out and will part ways in the summer.

I know.. getting outplayed by Rotherham and Blackpool who were down to 10 men, makes us comfortably the worst team in the division.. set piece goals conceded 24th, goals conceded 23rd/24th.. yet the tw*t thinks we're improving

At one time we were better than everyone in both boxes (whatever that is) in the championship apparently.. now we're 24th in that department, he doesn't say it.. then it was all about the "details".. now he doesn't say it

Checked. Nothing there.

Not sure whether you got my last message- couldn’t find it in „sent“. Over for Boro game on 11th March. Fancy a pre-match pint? Railway Globe Coopers Smiths No Sign wherever!

Heard the fans singing Swansea loves you more than you will know to Russell when he got sent off.

I heard the owner of the globe doesn't put the football on anymore.. which is the stupidest idea I've ever seen someone make, especially the pub trade on a Saturday afternoon FFS

These are the same types that hounded Shelvey, De Guzman who were exceptional footballers and rave about average plodders like Grimes in the base of midfield.. I noticed that our possession % was a little low today.. we missed his little 2 yard passes to boost the % details that Martin loves etc

I think of my role and how when the proverbial is hitting the fan how a sales pitch will help the team out. I kind of get where Russ is heading however his sales pitch is transparent.
