Hopefully Ukraine have a plan for that convey. You would like to think the nearer Russia got to Kiev the more obstacles they would encounter.

Not funny but apparently a vehicle broke down and caused everything to back up

Hopefully the AA told them to go f**k themselves
But as someone on TV pointed out, they're not in any hurry. No planes are attacking them and no-one is coming to the Ukrainians' rescue. Is there any way that we could air drop food supplies into Kiev? There were 3 million people living there - about the size of Birmingham maybe?

Looks like they’ve started wiping out those tanks with British technology. Some scrap value there.

That's what i found bizarre but someone pointed out why bother knocking out tanks, when they can destroy their supply chains of food, diesel and ammo etc. Much more efficient.

The reason why the russki's are attacking Kherson and Mariupol is that they're ports and when captured and controlled they can then ship in supplies. So its a mixed target type to slow them down and hope that a mixture of sanctions, public opinion and equipment losses force a change.

Jizz Truss 🍆💦💦💦

I prefer Olga Stefanishyna the Ukraine deputy PM to that simpleton. Far better looking too.

It's all or nothing for him.

The future is fucking grim regardless

This is a very good article which examines five potential possibilities

I read today that the Russian second in command (on the ground) has been killed.

Trouble is at the moment, there's so much propaganda from both sides it's difficult to decipher what's what sometimes.

Only thing I reckon we can be sure of is that I very much doubt that Putin would expect to be still struggling to make progress over a week on. That’s obviously testament to the people of Ukraine but I can’t imagine he’s dealing with it well.

He's clearly mentally unhinged but surely he didn't expect to be home in time for Stroganoff either? Following his call with Macron today he was 'quoted' as saying he wants the whole of the country under control

Throughout all this I've severly underestimated the land mass and size of the country, the remaining Western portion that they haven't touched yet is massive.

Have you watched the documentary on Netflix, Winter On Fire. If you haven't, go watch it ASAP.

It's no wonder the Russians are having a job to shift this lot, brave, proud, determined people.

I cannot remember the events there in 2013/14, after watching that doc, I'm amazed that I can't.

Not heard of it. I’ll give it a look over the weekend.
