It creates an enemy of the "lefty lawyers" who stop the deportations. Cope used the exact phrase in the Commons and it's been plastered all over the front pages of the right wing press. With Brexit they made foreigners and the EU the enemy and now they have to create a new one. Lawyers seem to have drawn the short straw.

The idiots who lapped up the Brexit rubbish will lap this up too.
