Sack Race, Russell Martin, Steve Cooper, Erik ten Hag 🤔

Forest have been going very well since they ditched Cooper.

A decision that was hammered by the unknowing national press.
Like him or not the fella worked miracles at the club.

First of all getting them promoted and then keeping them up with a revolving door transfer policy.

Give it a couple of years and he'll either be managing at Monk's level or managing a vegan restaurant.

Obviously out of his depth in the Prem. Just as he was out of his depth in the Championship unless he's got a Premier League squad, and even then only just. Most Southampton fans despise him, apart from a few vocal wierdos who continually maintain that their shitness is literally the fault of anyone else.
Scrapped though the play offs with arguably one of the best squads in the league.

I'd argue that most of us on here would have gained promotion with that side.

The Southampton forum is an entertaining read. A few in our fanbase still idolise him to this day, mesmerised by his fist pumps.

Apparently he was "wronged" whilst manager here despite "giving us some of the best away days".

Proof positive that beating Cardiff is all that matters to some people. You can lose most of your games for most of a season, but beat Cardiff and you'll be perpetually excused for your idiocy.

I was looking at the odds of Man City to get relegated 12/1.. I assumed that it was for FFP.. or maybe they'll get relegated on merit by some time traveling sage, who loses 4-0 to Spurs mun at home!

Overrated in my humble opinion.
He's a psychological killer, a real suffocating sociopath, just like all the footballers at the top, they've got egos beyond normal standards.. but I feel sorry for their next opponents

He could very well be on a sticky wicket soon Saint... 👀
I just can't let 'that' cup game go pal. Honestly think that he's fortunate to have had 2/3 key players every year that drag em through. They are fckd this year. De Bruyne a busted flush, Rhodri out and Haaland is snatching at chances and knows the service now pretty awful.
The cheating cvnts can't dissappear quick enough for me.

The counter attack is just there now, Kovacic doesn't sniff it out like Rodri.. Kovacic is tidy on the ball, but he lacks that instinctiveness that Rodri has

Don't think Liverpool have much to worry about based on today's performance against Spurs.

They will at least be desperate not to lose to Liverpool, who will presumably beat Southampton tomorrow. Perhaps that might encourage a better performance from them.

Spurs ran rings around them today and they responded by getting more and more petulant. People rightly slate Bruno Fernandes for his shit attitude when Man Utd are losing, but his countryman Bernardo Silva is just as bad, he's just not as used to losing! With Ronaldo as well, perhaps it's something about Portuguese players...

Feyenoord is their next game.. but going to anfield in any era, is probably the hardest fixture ever
I raise you with the Chelsea sides of 2004 to 2008, who went 86 Premier League home matches unbeaten.

Liverpool have lost 9 times at home in the PL in the last 4 years.
