• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

It's even worse than that Smurph. FIFA have banged on for years about rotating hosting duties around the continents/confederations, boasting about how egalitarian they are.

Africa has had just one World Cup ever, 2010 in South Africa (and boy were FIFA smug about taking it to Africa back then), so they would have been due one before the tournament returns to Asia, with Qatar having had the last tournament of course. So in order to ensure 2034 was able to go back to Asia 'fairly', they've made Morocco co-hosts only for 2030 and of course shoved three games in South America with the centenary bollocks excuse. 3 continents ticked off in one tournament, even thought the vast majority of the games (including probably all of the later stage games) will be in Spain, and to a lesser extent Portugal.

All those shenanigans just to try and legitimise chasing the money in Saudi. They're fucking shameless and I'd have more respect if they were just honest that money rules all as far as they're concerned. So much for clearing up the organisation post-Blatter. Like you said, I fucking hate sport sometimes.
They don't know how to spell the word honest, let alone act it.

The boxing does my nut in as well. Also we want to thank Sheik Turkey head for putting this event on after the fight, just get in the bin the lot of them

Turns my stomach.
